CSG International (NASDAQ: CSGS) announced that 3 Macau now uses CSG Singleview® to provide comprehensive integrated revenue and customer management system for its advanced 4G LTE services.
To coincide with the network launch in December 2015, CSG used its proven Accelerate methodology to deploy a comprehensive revenue and customer management solution. The deployment included CSG’s Singleview Convergent Billing and Customer Management, as well as CSG Interactivate® with its flow-through service activation capabilities. In addition, 3 Macau upgraded its existing CSG Intermediate™ deployment to the latest version. The comprehensive solution enabled the operator to take advantage of the high bandwidth capabilities of its new 4G LTE network by providing a wide range of innovative offerings to the Macau market.
