The same is true of OSS products. You may love your product and your customers. But do your customers love you and your products?

There are many products in many CSPs around the world that are certainly “less than loved” to put it bluntly.

If you’re the architect or the vendor, do you know what the users think of your products? Do you regularly speak with the end users? Do you measure their productivity gains? Do you help them be exceptional? Can you measure what value your products are bringing to your organisations or users?
