NetCracker Technology announced that it is accelerating broadband service delivery for C Spire Fiber, a “carrier’s carrier” offering full-service provider transport, Internet, and broadband network services.
By leveraging NetCracker’s Outside Plant Management solution and data migration services, as well as implementing NetCracker’s Service Order Management solution, C Spire Fiber is accelerating service delivery, enhancing order fulfilment accuracy, and improving physical and logical inventory data across its 4,400-mile fiber optic network.
C Spire Fiber’s business is growing rapidly as it rolls out increasing broadband services to support business users and enable residential services such as fiber-to-the-home. With NetCracker’s Outside Plant Management solution, and data migration services, C Spire Fiber has centralized its physical and logical network inventory data. This enables comprehensive, map-based management of its outside plant assets for modeling and documenting cables, splices, and terminations.
Furthermore, NetCracker’s Service Order Management solution has been deployed to enable C Spire Fiber to gain an end-to-end view of every order, and substantially improve staff efficiency and order fulfillment timeliness and accuracy. As a result, C Spire Fiber will reduce operating expenses across its ordering and fulfillment processes; leverage more intelligent analytics to handle process issues and order volume proactively; accelerate revenue through faster service turn-up; and improve facilities construction efficiency.
