There is so much to learn about OSS that existing ideas often get forgotten. To enhance the overall learning on your OSS, you also need a mechanism for users to store their knowledge for future reference by a broader user body.
Knowledge bases are powerful tools to store helpful information. They do require effort to maintain, but it’s usually worth the effort.
