In a post from over a year ago entitled “I/O, I/O, it’s off to work I go” I spoke about using advanced techniques for interacting with your OSS, including gesture computing.

Natural language processing (NLP) is another technique that would be suited to information creation or retrieval via your OSS.

How much easier would it be to train operators to say
Show me all devices at Location_A
rather than
SELECT* FROM devices WHERE device_location = ‘Location_A’” for example?
