Netia Extends Revenue Management Partnership with Netcracker.

Netcracker Technology announced that Netia, one of Poland’s largest telecommunications service providers, has extended its partnership for support and maintenance services. These capabilities will enable Netia to bring innovative offerings to the market faster and provide greater visibility into end-to-end billing and revenue management operations. The extension also means that Netia has the option to upgrade Netcracker’s Revenue Management solution.

Netia provides integrated information and communications technology services to businesses across its 14,000-kilometer fiber-optic network that spans more than 50 major Polish cities, covering approximately 70 percent of office buildings in the country.

With enhanced revenue management capabilities, Netia will have greater visibility into customer activities and preferences, allowing it to improve the delivery of personalized service bundles.

“To succeed in a competitive market we need integrated solutions that can help us optimize processes and costs, all while providing compelling products and services to our customers,” said Slawomir Bujnowski, Head of Billing Department at Netia. “By upgrading Netcracker’s Revenue Management platform, we will continue to deliver the best possible service for our customers and long-term value for our shareholders.”

“Our relationship with Netia underscores Netcracker’s ambition to be the partner of choice for service providers around the world, helping them continuously evolve at a pace that meets the needs of their customers,” said Sylvain Seignour, Vice President of Global Sales at Netcracker. “With a more robust revenue management system, Netia will be able to improve a wide range of capabilities and become more agile in delivering digital services.”
