Don’t worry, I’m not actually writing about OSS on our Christmas Day holiday here in Australia. I spooled this up for post a while back.

Since this is the season for giving, I’m building up a few posts that relate to how the OSS industry can give better outcomes for our customers. To borrow from the words of Steve Jobs, I’m going to look at the customer experience and work back from there.
