Redknee Solutions Inc. announced that a Tier 1 Operator in North America has extended a contract, with the extension worth more than US$5 million to Redknee, in support of the operator’s Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) strategy. With Redknee’s MVNE solution the Tier 1 operator is able to implement its customer engagement strategy, focusing on encouraging online or community based support and reducing the use of more costly traditional customer care solutions. Redknee’s billing and customer care solution provides the agility and flexibility to implement this capability, while providing the scalability for future growth. This significant contract highlights Redknee’s ability to strengthen relationships with existing customers and to become a long-term partner that assists Tier-1 operators with all aspects of their business, including the provision of large-scale solutions for MVNO and MVNE operations.
