Let’s have a look at how OSS stands today in the eyes of the customers that invest in them:

  2. Too expensive
  3. Too risky
  4. Too time consuming
  5. Consume too many resources
  6. Compromised outcomes – Don’t give us what we need

Then look at it from the perspective of vendors / integrators:

  1. Too few customers
  2. Too many varied needs
  3. Too little margin
  4. Too few great people who can deliver forus today
  5. Too risky
  6. Too expensive
  7. Too time consuming
