Would users walk away from the free trial knowing that your OSS would make their working lives so much simpler than their current tools do?

If not, why not?

If your competitors need a team of experts to drive their demo system and can’t leave customers alone with it because it’s just too complex to trial without a helping hand, don’t you think you’d have a fantastic head start over them?
