M-net extends with NetCracker

M-net Expands Relationship with NetCracker to Include TOMS Suite.

NetCracker Technology announced that M-net Telecommunications GmbH, a regional communications provider in Bavaria, Germany, has selected NetCracker for a large-scale business transformation program. M-net has been a longtime NetCracker Revenue Management customer, but recently decided to implement several additional NetCracker Telecom Operations and Management Systems (TOMS) solutions to launch an end-to-end transformation that will streamline business activities and improve customer-facing tasks.

M-net provides business and residential customers with a range of communications services, including high-speed Internet as well as data and voice services for fixed and mobile telecommunications systems. To enable this business transformation program, NetCracker will replace parts of M-net’s legacy IT infrastructure and deliver a number of its TOMS solutions, including the NetCracker Framework, Customer Information Management, Customer Order Management, Product Information Management, Marketing & Sales Management, Customer Problem Management, Customer SLA Management, Service Information Management, Service Order Management, Service Inventory and Partner Management.

NetCracker’s pre-integrated end-to-end solutions will provide M-net with a number of financial and operational opportunities, including the ability to reduce costs by unifying processes across all lines of business as well as lowering the total cost of ownership. The NetCracker TOMS suite will also enhance automation, improve customer visibility and experience and strengthen flexibility and business agility.

In addition to providing an end-to-end BSS/OSS solution suite, NetCracker will also provide a number of professional services during M-net’s business transformation. These services include consulting and best practices, as well as implementation, data migration and testing.
