NetCracker Technology announced that it has signed a multi-year renewal with Schurz Communications for its NetCracker Billing and Revenue Management solution. This extension underscores NetCracker’s ongoing commitment to deliver cutting-edge solution functionality to cable operators across the United States.
Schurz Communications is an Indiana-based communications provider, offering cable services across Indiana, Florida, Maryland and Arizona. Schurz also owns 11 television stations as well as 12 radio stations and publishes 11 daily and 8 weekly newspapers across the United States.
This agreement ensures Schurz’s ongoing use of NetCracker’s next-generation Billing and Revenue Management solution to support its cable and media operations across several states.
The NetCracker Billing and Revenue Management solution unifies rating capabilities across all of Schurz’s services and provides a scalable and flexible processing platform to support a wide range of transactions. The field-proven NetCracker platform enables cable customers of all sizes around the world to meet and exceed mission-critical objectives despite constantly changing parameters and expectations.
