CROSS Network Intelligence

Corporate Overview

By bridging multi-vendor and multi-domain inventory from across existing and future OSS and BSS, as well as data from the network itself into a single database, CROSS Network Intelligence’s flagship product CROSS delivers service and resource providers with an end-to-end view of the services and resources being provided or consumed, all within a browser-based platform.

This enhanced and instantaneous visibility into network inventory factors in topology and the cross-connectivity of all resources and services they support, allowing operators to rapidly scale their network and manage business-critical processes, such as service provisioning, network creation, and service and revenue assurance, with richer data.

Other Important Information

CROSS is an integrated inventory stack for the modern operator. By consolidating inventory data siloes from across all domains of the network, CROSS supplies OSS/BSS processes with clean, complete, and reliable inventory data.

The CROSS Integration Methodology (CIM) allows for rigid and legacy inventory data siloes to be gradually and gracefully turned off over time, helping avoid vendor lock-in and reducing OPEX. Its extendable data model helps future-proof the network for incoming 5G/SD-WAN-enabled technologies and its ability to work with data of variable quality allows incomplete data to be identified, tagged, and improved upon over time. The completeness of the data provided by CROSS is the result of assets not just being consolidated into its single data model, but having the assets linked across all layers as well, spanning the physical, logical, virtual, and service catalog.

With an end-to-end view of all assets and services – from the physical layer up to the service – CROSS makes for the perfect data bridge between OSS and BSS, unlocking creative cost-cutting analysis about the network, such as identifying unprofitable leased lines that can be discontinued, as well as the support of critical OSS/BSS workflows from start to finish.
