OSSera, Inc. was founded in 2007 and headquartered in the State of California with a combined 100 man years of experience in Service-Centric and Network-Centric Operational Support Systems (OSS). The team has a long history of delivering complex systems in the area of Service Assurance and Fulfillment across the world for the largest Communication Service Providers. OSSera, Inc. has built up extensive R&D and SI offices in China and Thailand as well as strong System Integration partners globally.

OSSera has designed, built, and deployed highly scalable and reliable OSS solutions leveraging a symmetrically distributed architectural platform for 99.999% availability and can support over 1000 concurrent clients. The company’s Unified Services Frameworx (USF) was designed from the ground up following Telecom Management Forum guidelines and standards.

OSSera’s core value proposition is a lower total cost of ownership by fully supporting today’s multi-core processing servers while leveraging low cost hardware and database options.
