NewWave Communications Agrees to Long-Term Extension for Converged BSS with NetCracker.
NetCracker Technology announced today that NewWave Communications has agreed to a long-term extension for its converged BSS and customer self-service solutions. NewWave Communications provides cable TV, broadband and voice services to consumers and businesses in the Southern and Midwestern United States.
This five-year agreement renews NewWave and NetCracker’s ongoing partnership for advanced, converged revenue management and customer experience capabilities. NetCracker currently provides NewWave’s order-to-cash BSS solution in support of all of its services and territories. As part of this extended agreement, NetCracker is also providing a customer self-service solution for online transactions and account management. Furthermore, NetCracker provides a standards-based integration capability that enables NewWave to integrate additional NetCracker and third-party components to its billing platform faster and with less cost and risk.
