Lightpath Deploys NetCracker’s BSS/OSS Solution Suite
NetCracker Technology announced that Lightpath, which provides Ethernet-based communication solutions for New York metropolitan area businesses, has deployed its BSS/OSS solution suite. By leveraging NetCracker’s next-generation OSS, Lightpath has streamlined operations and enhanced automation.
“The entire Lightpath organization is focused on providing the best experience we can for our customers and streamlining our operational processes helps us continue to deliver on that promise,” said Christopher Rabii, Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Lightpath.
The deployment includes NetCracker’s solutions for next-generation integrated service and resource inventory, service provisioning, order management and product catalog capabilities.
