Asian telecom service provider SingTel has selected Amdocs for a billing project in Singapore and Australia to enhance and differentiate its customer experience.

Amdocs will migrate the billing and customer support for retail, enterprise and government users of SingTel onto a single platform. Amdocs in a statement said that it will deliver a single integrated solution based on its customer experience systems product suite (CES 9.2) that will consolidate support across all businesses (wireless, wireline, broadband internet and television) and networks (2G, 3G and LTE). The duration of the contract will be three years.
