NetCracker Technology announced that Taiwan Star Telecom has agreed to a multi-year extension of NetCracker’s Remote Managed Services for its billing operations.
Taiwan Star Telecom is a 4G mobile operator based in Taipei, Taiwan. In June 2014, Taiwan Star acquired 3G operator Vibo, making it one of the leading mobile operators in the Taiwanese market. Vibo has been a NetCracker customer since 2003, with NetCracker taking responsibility for Vibo’s billing operations via a remote managed services model.
The selection of NetCracker by Taiwan Star Telecom as the platform of choice for the unified company recognizes that the high-quality solutions and services NetCracker delivered will be a strategic enabler for Taiwan Star as it expands in Taiwan’s increasingly competitive 4G marketplace. Taiwan Star has successfully, rapidly and seamlessly implemented its 4G services on NetCracker’s Revenue Management platform.
NetCracker’s Revenue Management solution and Remote Managed Services provide Taiwan Star with the industry’s highest level of application availability, release quality and on-time delivery, and bill production and accuracy.
