There is so much to learn about OSS that existing ideas often get forgotten. To enhance the overall learning on your OSS, you also need a mechanism for users to store their knowledge for future reference by a broader user body.
Knowledge bases are powerful tools to store helpful information. They do require effort to maintain, but it’s usually worth the effort. If your existing products don’t have knowledge-base functionality, consider building your own wiki, blog or other content sharing platform.
