NetCracker Technology announced that Turk Telecom has completed a major BSS transformation in just seven months utilizing NetCracker’s next-generation Revenue Management solution as its strategic platform for service enablement and systems consolidation.
Turk Telecom is Turkey’s leading communications provider. This BSS transformation, supporting Turk Telecom’s substantial fixed-line business, has replaced three legacy billing platforms with NetCracker’s next-generation Revenue Management solution. As a result, Turk Telecom has streamlined its BSS architecture, realized operational efficiencies and cost reduction due to the consolidation and improved its ability to support and deliver sophisticated services to its large enterprise customers. Turk Telecom has migrated three major enterprise service lines to the new NetCracker solution, including its Corporate Security Service, enterprise VPN services and point-to-point networking services.
