Turkcell Selects NEC and NetCracker’s OSS to Improve Business Agility.
NEC Corporation and NetCracker Technology announced that Turkcell Superonline, a leading data, voice and video service provider in Turkey, has opted to use NetCracker solutions to improve and optimize B2B and B2C service fulfillment and assurance and drive operational and business agility. Turkcell Superonline is the only provider in Turkey to offer high-speed, ultra-broadband services to residential and business customers, including 1,000 Mb/s Internet access for residences and more than 10 Gb/s for businesses.
NetCracker will deliver its Discovery & Reconciliation, Resource Inventory and Network Planning & Design solutions to enable this large-scale transformation in collaboration with NEC Turkey. The NetCracker solutions will improve Turkcell’s end-to-end fulfillment and assurance processes, help Turkcell increase operational agility and strengthen Turkcell’s SLAs for business customers, enhancing its leadership in time-to-market and service quality.
