Many companies have tried to implement change in their OSS but have been whacked by the OctopOSS and are scared of making necessary change. Or they just worry because their OSS is too big, complex and scary. Almost every OSS is just waiting for someone with an attitude like Richard Branson’s to give it new momentum.
