Telekom Srbija selects Ericsson Billing Solutions.
Serbian operator Telekom Srbijahas signed an agreement to implement Ericsson’s software suite, Charging and Billing in One solution, for its residential and corporate mobile and fixed-line subscribers, enabling the completion of the transformation of its business support systems (BSS).
The implementation is the final step in a transformation process that began in 2011 and will provide the Serbian operator the flexibility to offer a wide range of promotions, discounts, incentive programs, targeted campaigns, cross-service bundles and differentiated tariffs to its customers and also allowing them to have full real-time control over their spending.
Ericsson’s charging and billing solutions are currently supporting more than 2 billion subscribers worldwide. Charging and Billing in One allows service providers to manage the end-to-end business for all types of customers and partners in a single, convergent system and provides charging and billing for all services – voice and data, fixed and mobile.
