The gift of giving

Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values.”

Don’t worry, I’m not actually writing about OSS on our Christmas Day holiday here in Australia. I spooled this up for post a while back.

Since this is the season for giving, I’m building up a few posts that relate to how the OSS industry can give better outcomes for our customers. To borrow from the words of Steve Jobs, I’m going to look at the customer experience and work back from there.

If you happen to have the time and inspiration, I’d love to hear your opinions on what fundamentals we can do better and what customers’s experiences do we need to improve via the contact form below.
